Westside Rock`N`Roll Dance ist ein Club von engagierten Rock`N`Rollern/innen,
die die (wohl) kleinste Subkulturszene im Ruhrgebiet durch Veranstaltungen
&Partys erheblich mitgestalten.
Rock`N`Roll Bands aus ganz Europa und teilweise auch Übersee aus den
verschiedensten Stilrichtungen geben im Druckluft, Bunkerclubraum oder anderen
Orten ihr Stelldichein.
Ständig wechselnde Top-DJs sorgen zusätzlich für Partystimmung
und eine volle Tanzfläche.
Der unkommerzielle und völlig unpolitisch orientierte Club hat sich im
Laufe der Zeit zu einer der Top-Adressen der Rock`N`Roll–Szene in Europa
gemausert und ist bei den Bands wie Fans gleichermaßen beliebt.

to “purist” Rock n Roll music.
In the Ruhrpott area of Northwest Germany there exists a small but interesting
rock n roll scene and Westside seeks to keep this subculture alive by organising
parties and events.
In the past rock n roll bands, with various rock n roll styles, from Europe and beyond have enjoyed playing at these events and parties and are presently expressing interest for future events. These events are either staged in the Westsides own club room which is a converted World War II bomb shelter or in a former factory called “ Druckluft”. The Club also takes the opportunity to stage events at other locations. Well renowned DJs take care of getting people into the party mood and keep the dance floor packed.
The Club is a non profit and non political organisation and is
interested only in promoting rock n roll music and in keeping it alive.
The clubs popularity is increasing everyday and is well known and renowned
in the rock n roll scene in Europe.
